Psychotherapy for Teens, Young Adults, and Parents

I help teens and young adults build a strong sense of self in the face of trauma, depression, loneliness, and anxiety

There is nothing wrong with you.

You are not doomed to feeling sad, disconnected, and lonely.

Whether you’re a teen in high school or college, a young adult ready to launch into the world, or a parent who feels stuck, I create a safe, therapeutic environment to explore, experiment, and create, which can lead to positive and lasting change.

Learn how to befriend your emotions and use them as superpowers. Accept yourself with all your complicated parts. Contact me to discuss setting up an initial consultation.

Who I help

Young Adults

Sorting out what you want to do with your life is overwhelming. You find yourself depressed, obsessing over the past and missing out on the present. The future feels murky and hopeless. You can create something beautiful and satisfying out of your experiences!

Teens

You’re feeling overwhelmed by school, your friends, and home life. Feelings of hopelessness and not being good enough are taking over. Concentrating on anything is really hard right now and it seems like you will never catch up. Everyone says it gets better, but you’re not so sure.

Parents

It can be hard to know what to do when your kid is struggling and easy to get caught up in your own emotions and history. Parenting solo or when you have a difficult parental relationship is also challenging. We create space to think and not just react, allowing you to be a more present parent.
